I only offer a Personalized Nutrition Package which includes:
Six one on one sessions
Individualized nutrition plan
Establish nutrition goals
Lab review for optimal nutrition
Recipe and meal planning
Supplement review and recommendations
Individual follow up sessions can be booked after the Personalized Nutrition Package is completed.

Each appointments is through a video HIPPA compliant portal to ensure your privacy. All sessions are 60 minutes and personalized to your specific needs. Reviewing your diet diary and current labs will aid in identifying any nutrient deficiencies. Each session will be followed up with a recap of our time together with handouts and recommendations.

We will start with a minimum of six sessions. Meeting every other week allows us to identify what is most important and then allow you some time to put the personalized recommendations into practice.

After completing your Personalized Nutrition Package, you have the option to add follow up sessions. Depending on your need, these can be either 30 minutes or 60 minutes in length. Follow up sessions can also be purchased individually or as a package.
